Tagliate le patate, soffriggete lo scalogno trito nell'olio, unite le patate aggiungendo vino bianco e brodo, sciogliete la provola affumicata tagliata a pezzi e rosmarino sminuzzato. Unite la pasta cotta e mesolate.
