Insalata di mare, cannolo siciliano, mandarini ripieni,

zuppa di pesce. Seafood salad, Sicilian cannolo, stuffed mandarin, fish

soup.

Stuffed mandarins

16 mandarini, 2 tuorli, 140 gr di zucchero, 30 gr di maizena,5 gr gelatina in fogli , 250 ml panna fresca liquida

Scavate 8 mandarini eliminando la polpa. Sbucciate i restantimandarini e frullate insieme alla polpa. Filtrare il succoattraverso un colino. Create una crema, amalgamando uova,zucchero, la maizena e il succo filtrato della polpaaggiungendolo per ultimo. Addensare con la panna frescamontata e un foglio di colla di pesce. Porterete in tavola undessert fresco ideale dopo un pasto importante.

Use the freshwhipped cream and the sheet of gelatin to thick it.It's a fresh desert, perfect after an important meal.
