Mc Uldall ApS was founded in 1993 and in 2005 Mc Uldall was bought by Niels K Niels, and he added a small name change, so it became MC Uldall Maskinfabrik A/S. The company has due to it many years in the industry gotten a lot of experience in constructing of special items and building custom machines.
The summer of 2011, Mc Uldall Maskinfabrik outgrew the old head quarter and decided to build a new one. The new head quarter is located on the address “Niels Bohrs Vej 41” just near Skanderborg. The Head Quarter was 3000m2 and was the foundation for Mc Uldall Maskinfabriks production facilities for CNC machining and forging workstations. In 2019 Mc Uldall Maskinfabriks decided to add 2000m2 more, because they outgrew the old factory. In the spring of 2020, a new hall and a new administrating building was added to the Head Quarter, Witch now holds 5000m2 under one roof.

Construction
In Mc Uldall Maskinfabrik's construction department, 3D Inventor draws, the construction takes place in collaboration with the customer, during the entire phase from development to finished product, the customer can receive photos and drawings of the construction, all exchange of documents between Mc Uldall Maskinfabrik and the customer takes place naturally in full confidentiality. When the construction is finished and approved for production, items are manufactured at Mc Uldall Maskinfabrik, after which the finished construction is built.
