Just as a great “mother river” (maenam) both divides and connects Laos and Thailand, we’ve prepared a selection of authentic Lao and Thai dishes that showcase the culinary similarities and regional differences between the two countries. Our experienced chefs create authentic dishes using recipes handed down through generations of our family as well as those sourced from street vendors and the royal courts.
