LONDON FASHION WEEK 2020 An exclusive partnership for LFW 14 -18 September 2020

LFW SEPTEMBER 2020

During London Fashion Week in September 2020, the Design Museum and Event Concept are partnering on a LFW takeover. The Design Museum’s Atrium & Huth Gallery will be transformed across the 5 days to allow for a number of fashion shows to take place in these unique spaces. Both the Atrium and Huth Gallery can be used for fashions shows, offering different set-ups depending on your requirements. The Design Museum also have other spaces available for model dressing, MUA and hair, as well as dedicated staff areas. Event Concept are the dedicated in-house production company, supplying a professional technical set up and scenic solutions. In light of the current Coronavirus pandemic, the production package includes equipment to host your show live, virtually or as a hybrid option allowing guests the option to attend in person or remotely online. Full green room and backstage facilities are also provided as part of the package.

Availability Morning and afternoon sessions, each lasting four hours area available every day from 18th – 22nd September. Within your session you will have an allocated time for preparations, rehearsals and hosting your show along with all facilities required. The multi-session booking offer means we can grant a competitive rate for venue hire and the production package to our clients, ensuring you receive a premium offering at an economical price point.

BRINGING IT TO LIFE

What is the purpose of the package? By opening up the opportunity for multiple bookings over the fashion week period we can provide you with a competitive venue hire and production package rate while still offering our normal high level services within an iconic London venue. By including both live and virtual event options within the package, it allows a guarantee that your show can still be produced, with guests experiencing it in person or online dependent on government guidelines at the time. This will allow you to continue to stay connected with your audiences during this unprecedented time. How do we enable each fashion show to be unique? We have the capabilities to change any branding between booking sessions quickly and easily along with providing personalised props and dressing elements to transform your catwalk to reflect your brand. Prior to the event day, we will discuss with you any unique requirements you would like on the day to ensure we can implement your own vision – this would be offered as an upgrade package to the standard set up. What if it is not possible to host an event with guests? During these unprecedented times, we are closely monitoring government guidelines on safe practise for events and will continue to keep our clients updated when possible. Although it is currently unknown if live events can take place in September 2020 we are very hopeful that they will be. In the instance that restrictions still continue and limited or no guests can attend, we have the equipment provided to allow your show to still go ahead in virtual format. Options include a live stream of your show using several camera angles, live mixed together and streamed to a microsite so guests can experience the show in a similar manner as if they attended in person, or a more heavily edited version of your show that can be uploaded to your website and social media accounts within a short lead-time from the day the footage is taken.
