Still on social issues, De Sirius has in its staff a full-time organizational psychologist, who cares exclusively for the interaction and integration of all company employees. The company is currently based in the Industrial District of Alvorada - Rio Grande do Sul, on a plot of 10,000 m² with 2,500 m² building with the intention of expanding its facilities to 5,000 m² in order to increase its production and logistics capacity to meet customer demands.
