“My husband and I have traveled to Topsail Island for many years and instantly fell in love. The beach and Intracoastal Waterway is definitely our “therapy”. While visiting family in Redd’s Cove, we noticed lots were becoming available and we just said to ourselves “let’s purchase”.

Redd’s Cove is a charming neighborhood that caught our eye with the amenities that fulfilled our needs. We researched extensively to ensure we were making the right decision for long term retirement goals. Our lot provides the coastal feel we envisioned from the privacy of the property to the water views and good vibes. The private community boat access was absolutely the selling point. Well maintained and gorgeous views to say the least.
