Leave Your Job In 7 Steps carlosbatista.go-online-today.com /leave-your-job-in-7-steps/

We have all at some stage in our lives considered leaving our job for various reasons but, the biggest reason and most difficult one to deal with is when you want to leave your job to start your own business which will give you personal and financial freedom. Let’s take a look at what you need to consider before making that life-changing move: 1. Your worst fear. It can be a terrifying feeling to think about leaving your job to start on your own venture but, most entrepreneurs faced the same fear when they first decided to take that step. Let’s face it, the worst fear is that you will not succeed. The easiest way to get past this is to start your business in your spare time for 3-6 months and this way you can prove to yourself that it is a viable proposition before you quit your job.

2. Financial consideration. You need to make sure you are in a good financial position before quitting your job. If you start your venture in your spare time for 3-6 months then ensure you have 3-6 months worth of savings, you will be in a good position to quit and have enough time to get your business to the level you require. Planning this carefully will mean you have less stress while building your own venture.

3. Self-doubt. You will have thoughts of self-doubt come into your mind and this is normal but, you need to make sure you are aware of these thoughts then put them aside. Just remind yourself that whatever you don’t know, you can find out and you can learn. You must just believe in yourself because there will never be a perfect time to get started. The best time is now so get started, stick to it and you will succeed.

4. Be creative. We all have a creative side to us but we do not always make use of it. find ways that get you thinking outside the box. You are going to get resistance from others when you are being creative because society does not teach us these skills but, you need to stay focused on why you started in the first place. Building someone else’s dream is not what life is about. Focus your time and energy on building your dream and don’t let anyone sway you off that road. 5. What is the worst that could happen. You never know if you are going to succeed unless you get started but I realize that will be a concern. Just consider what is the worst that could happen. So you try, give it a good go and it does not work. That just means you will have to return to the 9-5 job which is where you were so really not a big deal. What will be a big deal is that you did not even try.

6. Set a timeline. Make sure when you are planning your new venture that you set timelines for each step of the way. This will keep you focused and will also give you something to measure your success against. You will see yourself achieving what you have set out to achieve, and this will give you the motivation to keep going. Having a detailed timeline for your venture also ensure you are not wasting time putting out fires as you have a structure to work to. 7. Get out of your comfort zone. I am sure you have heard before that nothing will change unless you get out of your comfort zone. In the comfort zone you are happy doing what you are doing to get what you are getting so, it makes sense that if you want to get something different, you need to do something different. Step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself to do something different and you will be surprised at how quickly your results will change.
