Company Overview: BPS is a building performance contractor based out of Warren, Michigan. We specialize in diagnosing buildings energy inefficiencies and improving the overall performance of that structure. Technicians are crossed trained to performer weatherization activities such as, Spray foam insulation, Insulation in walls, attics and crawl spaces, Roof ventilation,. And light Finish and rough carpentry for both new and existing homes, and buildings.

Job Location: Position would be primarily working in Oakland, Macomb County

Work Hours: 7-5pm Monday- Friday / occasional Saturdays

Job Requirements:

• Positive attitude and eager to learn

• Will train the right person, but must have a rounded general construction skill set

• Must pass criminal background checks

• Reliable transportation with valid driver license

• Must be able to operate hand and power tools

• Capable of working in tight spaces, like attics and crawl spaces and in all weather conditions

• Ability to communicate, problem solve, learn quickly and anticipate work flow.

Salary Range:

• $15 to $25.00/ hr depending on skill set.
