Minimum Qualifcations

- High School graduate, GED or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

- Possession of a valid Michigan drivers license and satisfactory driving record

- Ability to communicate efectively with others.

- Ability to conduct visual & audio surveillance

- Ability to work in the presence of variations of weather

-Ability to work an assigned morning, afternoon or evening shift.

- Must obtain security clearance

Minimum Qualifcations

- High School graduate, GED or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

- Prior parking and/or customer services experience preferred

- Ability to data enter with speed and accuracy

- Basic computer knowledge to include Microsoft Word & Excel.

- Good listening skills are essential

- Must be able to communicate clearly and efectively both written and verbally.

- Ability to sustain concentration for extended periods of time
