Rapid growth in urban centers con tinues to Influence planners to create new solutions. The mixed-use building not only sustainably utilizes resources and precious space, but also provides city inhabitants with neighborhoods that integrate work, home, shopping, transportation with vital green lung spaces.
Design addresses the Mixed Use Development by integrating Residen tial, Workplace & Commercial spaces. Addressing specifically the higher income society, we have to design a cafe, office space and their respective residential quarters.
