Why did you sync with Motisha?

For more than 140 years, Vaillant has been setting the standards in the heating market, creating products that have revolutionised the industry, from water heaters in the early 1900’s, to pioneering the ‘combi’ boiler over 35 years ago.

Our collaboration with Motisha started in 2018. We had an online customer loyalty store in place for our installers specifically to honor their partnership and loyalty with us. Our loyalty platform was out of date and lacked variety in terms of product offering. With Motisha, we found the perfect opportunity to upgrade our platform as well as enhance our customer loyalty offering. With Motisha, we were able to use our own branding and integrate the platform with our current CRM system.

Our Sales team uses Salesforce to record and track customer lifecycle, integration and syncing of information between both systems. This alignment and syncing of valuable data was key to our customer success. Our Sales team can now easily and accurately track our customer’s loyalty points and product buying history. >
