BB&T Ballpark - Home of the Charlotte Knights | Charlotte, NC
LEED Coordinator | 2012 - 2013 During the construction of this high-profile project in uptown Charlotte, I served as the LEED Project Administrator, with rsponsibilities including coordinating credit uploads with project consultants, managing all credit submissions, verifying material substitutions, and managing the overall LEED application.

Architect | 2013 - 2015 Across all stages from conception to construction, I have had experiene designing, drawing, and coordinating over a dozen retail centers for the AAA brand, both new construction and renovation projects. With a client focused on providing customer-centric services, each travel, car care, and insurance center design must be draw to maximize adjacencies, use, and relationships without sacrificing the operational efficiency of the client.
Davidson College Athletic Center | Davidson, NC
Architect Intern | 2012 - 2013 As a member of the project team, I worked on the athletic addition to Davidson’s existing Baker Sports Complex from the schematic design and design development phases through the construction documentation phase. Along with the responsibilies of LEED research and documentation, my role focused on modeling and detailing the new construction of the building addition.
Hermitage Court | Charlotte, NC
Project Manager | 2013 The scope of work for the renovation of an existing two story residential building included interior demolition work, remodelling the kitchen and baths, and a complete interior upfit. My responsibilities involved working with the client/ developer to survey the existing conditions, make design recommendations for the renovation work, code research, and drafting the demolition work, remodeling, and new construction.
Levine Museum of the New South | Charlotte, NC
Designer-Builder | 2010 The Con/Temporary Temple was designed and built by a team of eight architecture students from the UNCC College of Arts + Architecture. Designed to be nomadic, the temple was constructed as a temporary installation art piece at the Levine Museum of the New South. With the flexibility of a steel pipe structure, the temple was clad with white ripstop fabric and perforated wooden panels designed to engage the viewer in an architecture of experience forcused on meditation and mediation.
Levine Cancer Institute | Charlotte, NC
Construction Administrator | 2012 - 2013 The Levine Cancer Institute was a highly complex project, which won the Eagle award through the Carolinas Chapter of the Association for Builders & Contractors. During construction, I completed administrative tasks throughout the Construction Administration phase, including processing RFCs, Change Orders, and Payment Applications.

Each store will be a LEED-certified green building. The property includes a car service center, car wash and operations center with an open-format interior with interactive research areas, lounge spaces and personalized vehicle delivery spaces. Managing multiple projects under various stages of the LEED process developed professional experience with organization, multi-tasking, management, and capitalizing on efficiencies.
