Community Fundraising – Database Officer 5 Sandpiper Court, Harrington Lane, Exeter EX4 8NS Fundraising Director £17,403 37.5 flexitime
SUMMARY The Database Officer will be responsible for efficient but accurate data entry and maintenance of records for all the Trust’s contacts, for example donors, event organisers, suppliers and other agencies, in support of fundraising, marketing and analysis of income. Data Inputting Enter data for all individuals and organisations in a consistent manner Enter returned mail, address corrections and other changes in a timely manner Input contact relationship management information, for example thank you letters and other communications, events 1.4. Assist with donor acknowledgements and new gift entry if required 2. Data Application 2.1. Produce queries, reports and extract information for export to other applications including Word and Excel in support of PR, Fundraising, Marketing and collection of gift aid 2.2. Assist in producing mailing lists, labels and personalised letters for mass mailings for events or campaigns 3. 3.1. 3.2. 3.3.
Other Carry out basic database maintenance and upgrades as and when required. Operate at all times within the health & safety policy and adhere to safe working practices Undertake work-related training and development as agreed with line manager
