If you would like to take part in the Devon Air Ambulance Trust’s Ride Out 2010 simply:
1. Download this form, complete and sign it and then bring it with you to Giant Furniture Centre, Wolborough St, Newton Abbot, for registration from 10am on the day (this will save time spent at registration)

Each entry for the ride will only be accepted if an application is submitted on a separate entry form and accompanied by the appropriate donation (in cash) on the day Entry is by a minimum donation of £5 The first bikes will depart at 11.30. Please arrive by 10am to allow yourself sufficient time to register The route will be marshaled from start to finish

Breakdown vehicles will kindly be provided by Damerells, Lamb Hill Recovery and Ireland Motorcycles. 8. Recovery by the breakdown vehicles is for bike and rider to Paignton Green only. Further transport by mutual arrangement with the driver. 9. By signing this form you confirm that your machine is legal for road use, you have a current MOT, insurance certificate and road fund licence, the rider holds a valid licence and the rider/entrant has signed the form personally. 10. The Devon Air Ambulance Trust reserves the right to change any part of this event, especially if circumstances beyond their control force such a change. 11. Participants enter at their own risk.
Please ride with care and consideration for other road users and pedestrians for the duration of the run. Please remember this is a non‐competitive safety run. You are taking part to help raise funds for the Devon Air Ambulance – not to use it!
