For withdrawals made within 48 hours of the course start time, no refund or credit will be issued. Full refunds are issued when the Botanic Garden cancels a course. Should the Garden cancel a course (insufficient registration, extreme weather, etc. ) you will be promptly notified via email and your money will be refunded. In the case of extreme weather, courses are considered running unless you receive notification otherwise. The Education Office is CLOSED Saturday and Sunday. Courses subject to change.
