Mike Singe: Carbon Capture and Storage / Celebrating 400PPM Celebrating 400ppm will showcase a small selection of works from an ongoing series of soot drawings (carbon capture and storage / carbon reduction). In a futile attempt to find a positive aspect to climate change, the exhibition features animals that are likely to benefit from a warming planet.

Rock & Rhyme Rock & Rhyme is an interactive session for parents and carers with their babies. Our half hour session includes songs, nursery rhymes, stories, musical instruments and lots of actions. We believe that singing and repeating rhymes with your baby helps to develop their listening, memory and vocabulary skills, as well as promoting a greater bond between child and parent. At our sessions your baby will also have the chance to interact with other babies in a friendly, relaxed environment.

Tech Cred Club Level 1 Gain your TECH CRED by becoming a Devonport TECH CRED Club member. You will get the opportunity to explore your imagination in a Youth friendly technology inspired space. You will be engaged in fun creative activities that teach you coding, basic design principles, new software and apps. Not Without a Trace Not Without a Trace combines a selection of works from two Devonport City Council collections. The exhibition includes over two hundred of Kathleen Cocker’s small watercolour paintings of the early homes of North West Tasmania, alongside a series of photographs from The Homes of Devon Collection, captured by ten photographers over ten years from the early 1980s. Together these trace the history of homes in the Devonport region spanning a period more than a century. Curated by Erin Wilson

Zoe Grey: Where I am, Who I am Where I am, Who I am explores the artist’s intimate experience and engagement with the landscape of the North West Coast of Tasmania and presents a pictorial equivalent for the complex sensation of being in, and a part of, place. The works immerse the viewer into the unique coastal areas of Tasmania’s rugged northwestern tip and investigate the artist’s deep connection to this isolated environment.

Photo Walks Bluff with Kelly Slater Photo walks are a fun and relaxed way to learn and improve our photography skills in a social outdoor setting. Richard Griffiths: Back to Burra Bee Dee Richard Griffiths, a Burnie-based artist who grew up on an Aboriginal mission Burra Bee Dee (NSW). Whilst living on the mission Griffiths wasn’t allowed to practice his culture. The Back to Burra Bee Dee series began in 2016 when Griffiths spent time on King Island. He researched images and texts about his family and Burra Bee Dee. The resulting linocuts tell stories about his own, and his ancestors’ past.
