QUESTIONS ASKED AT THIS MEETING JARROD NASIUKIEWICZ - 187 STEELE STREET, DEVONPORT Devonport City Council at the ordinary meeting held 20 October 2014 resolved unanimously to restrict parking in the Sorell Street Laneway and resolved unanimously to seal and provide adequate drainage on the southern side of the Sorell Street Laneway. A small Committee met on 8 December 2014 and overturned Council’s unanimous decision to restrict parking in the Sorell Street Laneway. My question to Council is: In accordance with Resolution 269/14 What date will the seal be provided and drainage on the southern side of the Sorell Street Laneway?

Page 2 of 16 Response The Mayor advised that when the matter was previously considered by Council the seal and drainage aspects were referred to the Forward Capital Works Program and therefore would be considered as part of future budget deliberations. 4.0
