That Council resolve to withdraw its support for the Draft Amendment, based on the issues raised in the representations; 2.

That this report be forwarded to the Tasmanian Planning Commission as per the requirements of Section 39 of the Land Use Planning and

The motion was LOST. 100/13 RESOLUTION Ald Perry / Jarman That Council advise the Tasmanian Planning Commission that: 1.

It supports the representations by Lester Franks, Mike Leary, Brent Gillard & Paul Ridley; and that there is no need to modify the amendments in light of those representations;

2.

It does not support the representations by Judy Richmond, Charles and Elizabeth Jacobs, GHD Pty Ltd obo Forum Project Services, Douglas Janney, Page Seager obo Kemp and Denning Limited, The Planning Group Australia obo Harvey Norman and Peter Stegman. Further that it does not recommend modification in light of those representations with the exception of issues raised in point 2 of the original report recommendation; and

3.

Note the representation from DIER and that no modification is required to the amendment as a result of this representation.
