• WHAT IS THE BUILDING MADE OF? Reinforced concrete structure with a combination of aluminium composite cladding exterior. Insulated plasterboard lined internal walls have been constructed to ensure sound transmission between adjacent units meets the Building Code of Australian compliance requirements.
• WHAT ARE THE COLOUR SCHEMES? Two (2) schemes are available: Harvest (Dark) and Bloom (Light). • WHO IS THE CURRENT ELECTRICITY SUPPLIER? The Orchards Energy. Purchasers can choose any electricity supplier and this change over should be done on settlement. Purchasers are also able to sign up with The Orchards Energy at a cheaper rate - refer to Flow Brochure for more details.
