The user segment has focused on the "Survivor" category, according to the marketing area of CORONA company. This segment is identified by its lower purchasing capacity.
Multi-family homes were visited, where it was found that the lack of bathroom accessories is the main problem, which does not allow a correct arrangement of their toilet elements, in addition, the lack of finishes on the walls, this hinders order and hygiene between different families who use the same bathroom.

Ceramic is a very efficient material as it is in high contact in bathrooms and damp areas, it retains good appearance over time and the products designed in it lack a good balance between design and functionality.
Many of the bathroom accessories tend to be short-lived due to their materials and ineffective surface coatings.

A study was conducted on the use of tea and the best ways to prepare it, therefore it was found that few products were designed for that true function in a simple way.
