Assess

The first step towards retrogreening is a complete assessment of current facilities. We will perform a comprehensive audit of energy use, building systems, and daily operations to generate a baseline analysis. This initial assessment is a green starting point which will identify opportunities for improvements that will help green your operation and save you money.

From the findings of the assessment, our team will work with your operations team to select the right combination of improvements for your business. By analyzing energy calculations, we will model the possible cost savings streams that can be harvested. We will provide a scorecard to help determine the extent of the improvements and, if preferred, steps to achieve a LEED certified building.

Once a combination of solutions are selected, Bovis Lend Lease will generate a detailed design to define the improvements. With specific design criteria established, we can determine available incentives and rebates that are possible along with specific return on investment data.

Our project team will take care of all necessary zoning and building permits required for the project, along with managing, tracking, and submitting all required documents for the LEED certification process. We will also manage all tax rebate and rebate applications to gather the greatest cost savings.

During the execution of the work, we will minimize disruption of your facility(s), while providing cost, quality control, and schedule management.
