CLEAR W RANCH POND + STREAM CONSTRUCTION Pond construction enhanced the ecological and aesthetic values of the site with the addition of meandering streams and extensive plantings of wetland species that augment the existing wetlands. The ponds and streams will provide year-round beauty, add valuable wildlife habitat, and enrich views from the main house.

CLEAR W RANCH CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT The Clear W Ranch is an iconic property. Conceptual development of the Clear W Ranch has been inspired by siting and architecture of the National Parks with an emphasis on preserving the agricultural heritage of the valley, framing the striking views upvalley towards Snowmass Mountain, and maintaining the delicate interplay of luxury homestead with site ecology.
