The publication is produced by UNDP Project "Democratization and Human Rights in Ukraine" within the framework of grant competition "Promoting the activities of Secretariat of the Office Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights through target support of the projects of civil society organizations". The project is implemented by the Centre for Civil Liberties together with an expert group on monitoring the work of Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights that is a part of Advisory Council at the Commissioner, and independent experts.
