Sauteed Shrimp Recipe with Garlic and onion

So here is what we do. This is one of those recipes where you want all of your ingredients ready ahead of time on the table. So we need a pound of Shrimp, fresh Italian parsley freshly chopped lots of garlic if you use less than 6 cloves for a pound of shrimp than don't call it garlic shrimp also add some red pepper flakes and little quantity of lemon juice and also the top-secret ingredient the brine from the jar of caper. Then put a tablespoon of Caper Bryne in the lemon juice and also we need a cold butter cut into four pieces. After the preparation is done put the pan on the stove at the highest heat possible and then add little quantity of Olive oil and we need to get the stuff hot really hot at highest heat and also make sure the bottom of the pan is coated and we gone a stand there with a steel tong on one hand and shrimp on the other.. Than add the prawns on the pan and then just let it sizzle for a minute or two and then add finely chopped onions sprinkle some salt and don't add any pepper as we have to use chilly flakes. After that just toss them and do a little bit of stir fry for another minute and at that point, the shrimp is not going to be cooked all the way through, but they are gone be halfway so we have gone a have a little bit of golden color outside but the inside is still gone a be translucent so when they look like that, then add the garlic and chilly flakes and stir that in and cook the garlic for a minute and keep tossing the pan after that just pour on the lemon juice and caper brine mixture two of the four chunks of butter and finely chopped half cup parsley and save the other half to put on top for garnishing at the end. we stir all ingredients together and as soon as we see the butter starting to melt, turn the heat down to low and were gone an add the remaining the rest of the butter and when it gets melted we are going to eat some unbelievably delicious garlic Shrimp. Enjoy Hot by topping it with finely chopped parsley at the end.
