CURRICULUM VITAE
Hello ! I am a third year interior design student. This portfolio stands not just as a compilation of my work but also as a translation of my inclinations, working method, thought process and general outlook on life. I believe in the simplicity of dealing with things with rationality and creativity. Designing is the work of both the hand and the mind. The purpose of architecture is it’s people and hence understanding them is the key to good design. I believe that what I dream of will come true if I work towards it with all my heart. May I be seen through.

VISUALISATION STUDIO
Excess and EconomyHide and Seek Site : Gujarat University, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, India. Program : The focus was on the issue of over crowding and realize design solutions that provide both organizational and sensory solutions to the same. The design thinking was started by undertanding overcrowding of space and various strategies to that by some case studies and collages. For hide and seek I have created Eat, Work, Sleep and Recreation for 24 design student and the function of library as a space will remain same in day time while in night it is been served to design students. So some spaces are hidden some program are hidden on ceiling and relocated book racks acts as maze in whole library for design student such that 24 students can play in a team.

Interior detailing of Residential and commercial spaces Genique Shoe Designer Site : 250 sq mts, 3BHK Magnolia Residence, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, India. Client Brief : The client is shoe designer/maker and a family of two had to live in house. Wife manages the design workshop and her husband manages supply. Program : Home-office has given its users the flexibility to modify the conventional working hours. In addition, the proximity of a homeoffice can attribute to shared spaces, no rental cost, no travel time etc.. Initially, when I thought of shoe designer the first thing clicked was some space with cowboy (vintage) furnishes. But along with that the space was also serving as a residence for them. Thus I tried to create some convertible furniture keeping that concept of cowboy theme.

( first project ) Site is in Champaner and by inculcating some additional intervention to it the art retreat is made. Sensorial experiences, behavioral patterns, space user interface are learnt through exploring elements of design, theories and philosophies of perception, etc. Initialy case study was done on artist Kandinsky to fullfill his requirement for his art retreat and then it is been designed such that it specifies various constraints of ventillation, light and space required for an artist.
