The Norfolk Tourism Research Foundation provides scholarships to students at the Culinary Institute of Virginia. Scholarships are based on a cook-off event held prior to the tournament. Cook-off menu items are created and judged based around being served at a golf event. All winning menu items will be presented for dinner at the golf tournament and scholarship checks will be awarded to the winning teams at the awards ceremony. Dinner provided by:
