WHY EGG IS MUST FOR THE KIDS

Intro Eggs are considered one of the healthiest diet options all over the world. It is an easily available excellent protein source that is inexpensive at the same time. It is not only a super food of weight watchers, it is an excellent aid for the immune system. But, we all know that kids are very moody about their food. If you give them the same food daily they will not take it happily. You have to apply a force upon them to get consumed. Egg Burger: Boil eggs and make a thin slice of it. Mix egg slices in mayonnaise. Add some chili flakes, freshly chopped coriander, and other herbs which your kids like. Mix well and spread it on slices of burger. Serve it for breakfast. Crispy Crunchy Egg Ball: Boil eggs and cut them into two halves. In a bowl add cornflour, black pepper powder, salt, a little amount of Worchester sauce, and beaten eggs. Add water and mix everything into a medium consistency. Give your boiled egg pieces coating of this batter and deep fry it till golden brown and serve it hot with any tangy sauce. Your kids will surely love it in their tiffin.



Cheesy Egg Oats Omelets: Grind a tablespoon of oats into fine powder. Break two eggs in a bowl and add the oats powder to it. Add salt to taste beat it well. Add finely chopped carrot, onion, broccoli, and capsicum in it. Mix well. Heat some butter on a pan and pour the egg. Cook it on low flame keeping the lid on for 5-6 minutes. After that, remove the lid and add one cheese slice to it. Fold the omelet and keep it in the heat for a further 1 or 2 minutes. Remove it from the pan and serve it hot. It is a quite heavy preparation and you can serve it at lunch or dinner.



Magenta Marbled Egg in Zade Green Sauce: Boil the egg and just crack the shell lightly but do not remove it. Soak eggs with cracked shells in beetroot juice for an hour. Remove the shell then get the marbles eggs. In a blender add some fresh coriander leaves and make a green paste. Mix it with mashed potato. Add water and mix everything. Melt some butter in the pan and pour the mixture. Let it thick. Now your sauce is ready. Add eggs in it and remove it from the oven.
