LC coaches
HOW?
General OBS
By coaching (on team management, local challenges, leadership style) and tracking the LCPs on the established plans.
The MCVP LCD will NOT coach the FA VPs, this will be the responsibility of the FA MCVP.
By working with the LCPs on implementing and delivery of the recruitments.
LCD will ensure that the FA coaching is happening, that the EBs receive the needed support from the MC.
MCVP reports the coaching meetings with the LCPs when the MCPs intervention is needed. The MCP tracks the LCD, making sure that she () achieves her objectives. Coordinates the LC coaches team and makes sure that all the LC coaches are implementing the LCD strategy, giving the LCs the appropriate support and that they reach their objectives.
By having a clear coaching strategy for the LCs that is followed-up in regular LCD meetings.
