There are no installations for LPG central system in these building. All gas piping (LPG central system) shall be exposed on the outside elevations filling line and risers if the system is provided. Determine the total area of the opening between adjacent façade of two different buildings as percentage as per UAE fire and life safety code and international codes. All Stairways shall be provided with marking signs. All Smoke Management System and Elevators shall be interlocking with the alarm system. All horizontal and vertical opening on external façade, on internal, shafts or voids shall be fire rated according to the rating degree of the compartment within the building or on elevation.

Emergency light and exit signs shall be provided according to UAE fire and life safety code and NFPA 101 12. All stairways shall be provided with two ways fire telephone communication. 14. All portions of these buildings and common and services areas shall be fully cover by smoke detections and fully covered by voice announcement system according to NFPA 72.

28. Fire or smoke damper shall be provided in these building on all duct shaft according to UAE fire and life safety code and NFPA 90A, NFPA90B and shall be submitted in shop drawing submittal. 29. All penetrations through fire resistance rated walls shall be protected by approved fire stop system and materials, installed and tested in accordance with ASTM E 814 or UL 1479. 30. 27. All open space floors shall be used as a single tenant floor only, if it used as a multiple tenancy, then fire rated corridor not less than one hour shall be connected to the bath staircase.

32. Emergency action plan shall be implementing in these buildings according to UAE annexure B2 in the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code.

NO LPG SYSTEM IN THIS BUILDING

There are no installations for LPG central system in these building. All gas piping (LPG central system) shall be exposed on the outside elevations filling line and risers if the system is provided. Determine the total area of the opening between adjacent façade of two different buildings as percentage as per UAE fire and life safety code and international codes. All Stairways shall be provided with marking signs. All Smoke Management System and Elevators shall be interlocking with the alarm system. INTERNAL MODIFICATIONS TO MATCH THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS

All horizontal and vertical opening on external façade, on internal, shafts or voids shall be fire rated according to the rating degree of the compartment within the building or on elevation.

All means of egress components details and dimensions shall be provided and constructed according to UAE fire and life safety code and NFPA 101 and 5000. 31. Consultant and contractor shall comply with UAE fire and life safety code chapter 12 in terms of requirements of building under construction. 32. Emergency action plan shall be implementing in these buildings according to UAE annexure B2 in the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code. 33. Consultant and contractors shall comply with UAE fire and life safety annexure B.1 in terms of the requirement of balcony, terrace and windows. 34. Private Fire Hydrants shall provide around these building as per UAE Fire and Life Safety Code. 35. Consultant and contractors must comply with the general notes and applicable codes and standards even if the code requirement was missed during plan review.
