Title: Spark Relationship with Love Flame We all strive for good relationships in our life, because without good and effective relationships it’s become very hard to survive in the society. Happy and healthy relationships are also essential for our physical and mental health but we often lack these kinds of healthy and long lasting relationships whether it comes to friends, family or husband wife. There is a true parameters of healthy relationship and surprisingly it is a very basic things that almost every one forget to implement in their daily lives and screw all the relationships. I will discuss some of very basic rules that can create magic in your relationship. 1 Responsibility from Both Ends Feeling yourself responsible in very crucial in relationships and no matter which relationship we are talking about, you must feel yourself responsible from your side and take care of certain things like, instead of just playing the “blame” game you can listen other person’s whole story carefully and without being biased, makes your decision with your full responsibility which is to keep other person happy and safe. Talking rudely and thinking yourself always right is not the ways to handle any relationship whether it is with your elder, Youngers or with your mates, you need to be polite and proactive about your thoughts. The movement you start feeling yourself “responsible for the relationship”, it will allow you to find some mutual agreements that will be beneficial for the both parties. If you are already nurturing your relationships then, add some responsibility in those relationships and things will start to get better more and 2 Care & Attention towards relationships Care is another very crucial part of your relationships because no matter which relationship you are IN you will always love to have someone caring about you. This is human nature that we always love attention and care. Similar case applied to everyone who is attached to you. Your family, your friends, and your boyfriends or

girlfriends everyone is starving for your care and attention. I totally believe that, you only get what you give and this rule applies to relationships perfectly. You cannot expect your friends to take care of you if you are not providing them same level of care. Similarly your boyfriend will never trust you if you keep checking his phone calls and emails. It’s all give and take because nobody in this world is perfect which includes you as well. There are shortcomings in everyone but you need to ignore those shortcomings found in other if you want that they should ignore you. If you started to explore their shortcomings then, it will start a war in which both parties will always be looking for some bad things in each other. Here is another important thing that you need to know You also need to take care of the emotional bank in your relationship. This is true that whenever you make a relationship then, an emotional bank account is created and your actions, feelings, words, gestures and everything which you do in that relationship adds some emotions in that bank account. If you deposit happy moments, good gestures, caring feeling then, you can withdraw love and care in return but if you start to deposit hate, secrets, rude behavior, ignorance then, it will make things worse and you will not get anything in return but your emotional account will get jammed and you will not be able to withdraw anything. 3. Enhancing your communication between relationships Communication failure is another thing which causes “chaos” in relationships because most of the people take communication in a negative perspective and they think that they conveyed their idea, their thoughts and their rules which completes their communication but this is just one half of the communication and you are missing the other half which is listening and understanding the thoughts and ideas of other party. You need to stop thinking that everyone around you also thinks as “YOU THINKS” because this is the worst approach which your mind often convinces you to adopt but you should not adopt this.

3. You need to stop thinking that everyone around you also thinks as “YOU THINKS” because this is the worst approach which your mind often convinces you to adopt but you should not adopt this. Even if you need reject their idea then, first listen to them carefully and then give a logical explanation of your rejection. You need to understand the differences between the both parties. You may be on different grounds while the other one may be on totally different grounds. If you are able to understand and cope with these differences then, you can certainly make that relationship work of you. Page 3 of 3 4. Give Your Loved Ones Their Time Time is also a crucial thing in building relationships because every relationship will need your time. You need to adjust your routine accordingly and nourish all of your relationships with proper timing. Instead of keeping your routine very tight and predictable make it unpredictable sometimes and do things without your routine. Escape your work somehow in midweek and make a visit to your parents’ home. They will be very happy to see you around in middle of the week and will also appreciate your effort that you have prioritized them over your work. Similarly relationships are made stronger when you share ups and downs of life together. If your friend is in trouble then, it is your responsibility to be with him/her at that time of crises and if you do that then, they will never forget your gestures and will get more attached with you.

If you can implement all of the above things in your life then, it will make all of your relationships better and more solid. These are very common and routine things but in busy routine of our life, we often overlook and forget all of these factors and it creates fuss around our relationships. Keep these things in mind and make your relationships stronger and smoother. MAGAZINE

MUSIC ARTIST

RICHWELL

MAGAZINE RICHWELL For the world’s most to be proven enigmatic rapper, singer/songwriter and rising star Magazine RichWell, getting to display the variety of her artistic skill with creative license from the beginning was a dream come true. Not only for herself, but the multitude of individuals that have embraced her in some of her most intimate and vulnerable settings. “It’s like tight rope walking”, describes the 5 charismatic model of fashion and everything strange. “Not even I myself can ever tell what or who I am going reflect when sharing thereby my name Magazine RichWell stands for something so much more than glamour, it truly is change by the cover”. A stomach dropping rush felt by what she considers to be fanpeers instigates her performances. “They just never know what they are going to get”. The only thing that they know for sure is that her work is different, catchy, and they like it; songs that will stick with them for the remainder of their lives to be used in a conglomerate of life’s ceremonial libations. Magazine’s fanpeer base is just as diverse as members of the United Nations. “Promoting world peace is not at the top of my list but it surely does feel good to see an Asian fresh out of Japan standing along side a Black and White American with their children all singing the hook to “What Would You Do!”.

Magazine’s career began in the United States where she proclaimed her rebirth in Atlanta Georgia. Her first single I Should Say was produced in the studio of Southern Bellez and 4Ever Real Entertainment. Before she was put to the test of recording her single, the Steady Grindin’ clique examined her level of maturity with regard to being a part of the group as they knew that the odd rapper definitely stood out with obscure clothing and behavior. The Steady Grindin Clique assigned Magazine duties to write a hook, appear on and name her first collaborative song Go Get Em Girl, guest appear on a song totally designed for the streets I Do This which are both featured on the Steady Grindin’ Friday tha 13th Mixtape. Flying colors described RichWell’s tenacity to keep current with the hoodest of Rap and stage shows—appearing on stage at JPaul’s and Candy Shop with Steady Grindin’—however, she and everyone in the clique knew that she was destined for so much more. Every song that Magazine has written and recorded has a different tone to it making all of them eligible to fit into more than one genre.

Make a difference and raise awareness during National Road Victim Month. Have you lost a friend or relative in a traffic accident? While we remember lost loved ones every day, Road Victim Month each August aims to remember those who have died in road traffic accidents and promote road peace. This special month was first established and celebrated in 1998 by the RoadPeace organisation. It aims to remind the public of how devastating road accidents are and how they can impact on people's lives. The month of August was chosen as a number of poignant road accidents have happened in this month throughout history. A number of events will be held throughout the month, including a service of remembrance. On 13 August 2016 a service of remembrance will take place at the RoadPeace Wood at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire and an annual ceremony will be held on the steps to Liverpool Anglican Cathedral on 31 August 2016 remembering everyone who has been killed on the roads. Roadside memorials of flowers and wreaths at the sites of accidents are also encouraged throughout this month.
