hello neighbor! Andy Pressley

• Over his more than 25-year career in real estate, he has been involved in almost every part of the real estate business, from commercial leasing and sales to single family property and multi-family association management to construction management to hundreds of millions in residential real estate sales transactions.

• Prior to exclusively dedicating his career to the residential real estate side of the business, Andy managed a nearly $50 million commercial real estate portfolio and oversaw the redevelopment and leasing of Atherton Mill in the South End area of Charlotte.

• In recent years, Andy has partnered on a home building venture called BowerTraust which primarily builds homes in fast-growing Gaston County just across the Catawba River.

Fun Facts

• He managed most of the Pressley family’s own commercial and residential development projects in South End in the 2000s. In fact, the Pressley family is given much of the credit for kicking off and creating the momentum that has made South End one of the hottest real estate markets in the Southeast.

• He continues to be president of MECA Realty, a property management firm which specializes in residential and association management, totaling over $500M in assets under management.

• Andy is an active investor in multiple commercial projects throughout the Charlotte region.

• Has developed and sold multiple single family developments which have included townhomes.

• He graduated from Myers Park High School and attended East Carolina University and North Carolina State University.
