Dicle's Aubergine Recipe Vegetarian's Rich Treat
Ingredients: 4 aubergines, long, slim ones, ideally 1 onion, peeled and thinly sliced 2 big garlic cloves, peeled and sliced thin 4 tomatoes 2 sprigs fresh oregano Salt and black pepper A bunch of parsley olive oil
Recipe peel off the aubergines,top to bottom,so they end up striped, Fry the aubergines for 10-15 min. Boris's French CrĂŞpes
Ingredients
3 eggs 300g flour 3 teaspoons of sugar a pinch of salt 60 cl milk 50g melted butter (vanilla sugar)
Recipe
Mix flour sugar and salt Form a well then put the eggs and the butter in and mix add little by little the milk while mixing When the dough become very liquid let it rest for 30 minutes
Make warm an antiadhesive frying pan and oil her very slightly. Pay a ladle of dough there, distribute her in the frying pan then wait that she is cooked on one side before turning her. Cook so all the crĂŞpes over low heat.

Isa's Kässpätzle 500 g flour 4 eggs one spoon of salt approx. 250-300 ml water approx. 350 g cheese onions approx. 3 spoons of cream (the amount of cheese, cream and onions is dependet on your own preferences) Make a smooth dough out of the flour, eggs, salt and water. Put the dough on a wet wooden kitchen board, smooth it out thinly to the end of the board and cut with a long, massive knife "Spätzle" (like thick threads) into boilong water. When they rise up to the surface of the water, take them out and put immediately grated cheese on them. Mix everything with the cream and put roasted onions on top.
