To harness the learning of the entire program, assessment was conducted through observations & feedback of the craftspeople and the others involved in the program.
The experiences and reflections of the craftspeople were recorded. These were documented to ensure possible actions are taken based on the feedback of the participants. The documented feedback indicated the successful nature of the training program from the perspective of both the craft and design team.
