House 2.0 Archdais Ocean Pearl
The brief was to design a house for post pandemic situation with a total site are of 7500 sqft. It shall be atleast G+1 structure with working space, Entertainment Space and Living Space . Ocean Pearl is a good combination of all three types of spaces.

Site is located in Varkala, Kerala. With the lush hills of Varkala on one side and the majestic arabian sea on the other side.This charming home on the beach front is just the right place for the living . Envisioned with the intension to create a space that is close to nature, the house has a strong visual as well as physical connection with the environment. The design compliments the surrounding and hence at the same time provides a contemporary feeling to the whole structure symbollically, the house tries to provide the shelter security, privacy and connection to the environment.

The concept of design was housing comig from rock. The pool is the focal point that draws the eye to the view and instills calmness that provides balance with the energy of the architecture. This house provides private outdoor spaces for every space. Integrating the outdoors into inside experimenting with Roof gardens, micro backyards, porches and balconies. Separating Blocks To welcome the nature and semi-open space is created in front area.

Step - Up seeks to provide shelter to those Students, Employee who come in big cities for jobs and higher studies. A project is a Monadic Architecture in the prime location of Mumbai with the Site Area of 11,600 sqm. A major aim of the project is focus on function and practicality of the project.

Rectangular monadic units are of space. Moreover since the individual units were precast in the factory, this shape was the easiest without complicated joinery to fix the units to eachother.

The precast units will be made in factories and then shifted to the site.These units can either be removed or new units added, as per preference, signifying organic growth of some sort. This is so that the buildings never lose significance in a rapidly developing urban landscape.

1. the basic concept behind the designwas to create a luxurious kitchen and dinning area of the farm house along with the swiming pool area. 2. to achieve the specified design need there was an need to create some sort of balance bettween the interiors of the kitchen and dinning hall and to integrate the irregular circulation of the kitchen and dinning hall with correct ergonomic circulation with present surroundings.
3. to obtain the symmetric balance the kitchen interior was divided into 2 equal parts and then circulation paths were added within them.

Working Drawing Technical drawings & Details
The project was given to understand the process of generating the detail drawing which could be universally understandable , hence the importance of level of detailing to be provided for ease of reading . The project includes the working drawing of the First Floor plan , Footing layout , Staircase details , Kitchen details , Toilet detail along with plumbing detail, followed by structural drawings.
