Komunitetet e mbyllura Komunitetet e mbyllura jane vendbanime/lagje te mbyllura apo pjeserisht te mbyllura ne te cilat jetojne grupe njerezish me te ardhura mbi mesataren.Si fenomen ne nivel boteror eshte paraqitur prej viteve ‘80, ne periudhen e Post modernizmit. Shoqeria post moderne eshte shoqeri e informacionit dhe shoqeri konsumi, e ky zhvillim shoqeror eshte rezultat-pasoje direkte e globalizimit.

Permeability is an important principle in urban design, the ‘’Marigona Residence’’ has been planed in such way that makes able the accessibility of each points or places and it happens just because of a high permeability

The ‘’Marigona Residence’’ is a neighborhood destined for living and not for working, even thought there are a shopping center and some recreation places where people can work in, this situation doesn’t give it the ‘’working’’ function.
Resting and Recreation
There are fully green yards for each houses, many short-walking distance parks and a few bigger parks in ‘’Marigona Residence’’, also there are modern sport areas and places like cafeterias.

PROPOZIMI FINAL Fencing the neighborhoods its not a solution. Isolating people in that way is an escape form the objective reality. Instead of making new gated communities near Prishtina, the chaos inside the city should be fixed.
