• The
exhibition will take place in the Superbowl and upstairs in the Galleria. Dining tables and chairs are situated around the exhibition area in the Superbowl. • The stage is at the top of the floor plan. • The entrance and exit to and from the Superbowl will be by way of staircases from the Pilanesberg Foyer down to stand A1. • The floor plan may be subject to amendment. Any such alteration deemed necessary by the organisers shall be communicated to all exhibitors. • Stands currently allocated together with the floor plan design may alter. This document is intended to form the basis of negotiation and discussion and to stimulate ideas as to how you would like to market and promote your organisation through the SAPICS channels and realise true value on the investment made. One of our major objectives for 2015 is to ensure our sponsors derive maximum value of sponsorship throughout 2015 by the association with SAPICS.
