INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT

RUSTIC TWIGS RETAIL RETAIL PROJECT Retail project located on Pondok Indah Mall 2 that sells a books ( Book Store ) using the rustic concept, because using a natural material on the furniture like a racking, cashier counter, table, etc. The furniture used a mahogany wood for the racking and some of them used a HPL on it. Moreover the oor also using a parquete board. The layout showing furniture and partitions like a twigs.

RESIDENTIAL PROJECT The design of this house has a Scandinavian concept in it, emphasizing the living room and dining area. Has sufcient sun lighting obtained from the exterior terrace in the house which has a swimming pool. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 is on the 1st oor and the other 3 are on the 2nd oor. Each bedroom uses a different concept due to different characters in each room occupant.

RESIDENTIAL PROJECT This house has a modern minimalist concept, which is more dominated by white color inside. Starting from the family room, dining room, kitchen to bedroom. This 2-storey house also has a small home theater inside. Integration with wood material applied to the exterior material of the house.

CONTEMPORARY APARTMENT APARTMENT PROJECT This apartment used contemporary concept due to the selection of materials that are being widely used, such as hpl oak for the wall, the application of groove on one wall, modern furniture (stainless), etc. Not too many ornaments, making the appearance of this apartment is simple but luxurious, the selection of wall ornament that is not too many proď€ les and simple. Floors that use the parquet board to make this apartment look more beautiful because of the wood texture that support.

MEETING ROOM OFFICE PROJECT This meeting room is designed for a more relaxed meeting, not using a table so users can freely sit anywhere in this meeting area. Using a multilevel seating design so that it can accommodate more users. A very simple design makes this meeting room not too crowded when many people use it.

WORK SPACE AREA OFFICE PROJECT This work space area applies a green design theme which uses environmentally friendly materials. Designed more beautiful so that the user of the area feels relaxed while in this room. There are several seating zones so that users are not interrupted by other users. This work space is not private, so outside noise is very audible in this area

EXPRESSIVE ROOM OFFICE PROJECT This expressive space is used freely for employees, users can use this space for lunch, work, and can also put their photos on the expressive wall in this room. This room only provides 3 barstools and a long table, so there can't be many users who use this room simultaneously. This room uses red brick puff material on the wall space, and uses ď€ shbone parquet on the oor space.

DISCUSSION ROOM OFFICE PROJECT This branch ofď€ ce has an atm area where behind the ATM area there is a discussion room that can be used by customers and employees. This semi-private room is only blocked with an atm bacdrop partition in front of it. Continue to use the color scheme from BCA itself, and not add any concept to it so that the image of BCA is not reduced.

RAKERNAS EVENT BCA OFFICE PROJECT This is one of the booth designs at the RAKERNAS BCA event. More futuristic in design without any reduction in the image of BCA itself. Has a layout that invites customers to surround each new facility from BCA and remains informative. Not so much using a screen so that this booth does not look so narrow with the many displays on display.

RESIDENTIAL PROJECT This house uses materials that are dominated by wood. Starting from exterior materials to interior materials. The house that emphasizes the green design is getting enough sunlight because it has openings on each side. In addition, the ceiling in this house is high enough so that the air circulation inside rotates well and does not feel stuffy. Has 2 stairs on the right and left connected to the library and warehouse.

ESERVICE DESIGN OFFICE PROJECT This eservice tool is used to make it easier for BCA customers to make transactions. This booth is modern in design with curves on each side and still has space for every tool needed. This booth is hung on the backdrop behind it to make it look more simple without a foot rebuttal. Besides being more modern in design, this booth is also designed to be more futuristic

VALAS AND KLIRING DESIGN OFFICE PROJECT Redesign the booth with the latest style with a blend of wood in front of it. Making this booth more simple by not using various treatments in it. This booth uses the build-in concept in the teller section so it doesn't need more space for this booth.

FURNITURE SHOP DRAWING FURNITURE PROJECT A collection of several shop drawing furniture such as tables, chairs, cabinets, coffee tables, shelves, etc. With the design taken from several websites and custom from the client. Detailed shop drawing with material and size inside that makes it easy to make these items.
