Some Details‌ 1. We identify target areas in cooperation with the Mayor 2. We measure the level of difficulty of each target area and prioritize it accordingly 3. We use all existing data (legal and topographical) from public entities: Municipality, Registry, Cadastre, Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Agriculture 4. We build on previous reform efforts and deepen them in the target areas 5. We deliver a scalable and robust property system 6. We train municipal officers in the application of the new system
