Getting Here

& AROUND

With its international airport and latticework of major highways, Las Vegas is easy to get to, and it’s even easier to get around once you’re here.

Travel By Air:

As one of the busiest airports in the world, McCarran International Airport gives travelers access to the Southwest and to the world, serving millions of passengers each year. This international hub is serviced by more than 15 airlines and consists of 110 aircraft gates at two separate terminal buildings (Terminal 1 and Terminal 3), each with its own parking garage, ticketing/ check-in area, baggage claim, and shopping and dining destinations. This airport is conveniently located just minutes from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, making it easy to access all the excitement of the city.

For those wishing to arrange a private jet, Atlantic Aviation LAS at McCarran International Airport is a fixed-base operator offering personalized VIP service and serving as the hub for a number of domestic and international charter flights.

Ride Share:

Both Lyft and Uber operate in Las Vegas. If you’re being picked up from McCarran International Airport, you will be directed to the parking garage: Level 2M for Terminal 1 and the Valet Level for Terminal 3.

Travel By Ground:

Whether you choose to rent a car, drive your own or hop in a ride-share, Las Vegas has numerous options for getting around quickly and conveniently.

Taxis:

Taxi cabs are plentiful in Las Vegas. While safety laws prohibit taxis from picking up passengers directly on the Las Vegas Strip, you can catch a ride from one of the many taxi stands throughout the city, found at the airport, resorts, retail centers and attractions. Some taxis do not accept credit card payments, so be sure to tell your driver or the stand attendant if you plan to pay with a credit card.

Parking:

The majority of the resort-casinos on The Strip offer free self-parking, including The Venetian and The Palazzo, Circus Circus, MGM Resorts, SLS Las Vegas, Tropicana Las Vegas (except for non-guests during T-Mobile Arena shows) and Treasure Island.

Monorail:

Skip the traffic altogether on the Las Vegas Monorail, with trains arriving every four to eight minutes. The route extends from MGM Grand Las Vegas Hotel & Casino to SLS Las Vegas, with numerous stops in between, including at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
