Cat Picker is an industry renowned expert in VIP Guest Relations with a twenty year history managing esteemed guests and facilitating exceptional moments. Founder and Principal of Catlyst, she is a human focused advisory and consultant, trusted with honoring premium guest experiences and directing VIP stakeholder programmes. Her revered Rolodex extends across all sectors, including the political realm, C-Suite management, celebrities, high net worth individuals and ‘persons of note’. Cat leads with loyalty and empathy, adding value through her contacts and ability to connect. No problem too difficult to overcome, her intuition and read of the room allows for the possibility of seamless and exceptional experiences for her network of guests, and the trust of her clients.

With a career spanning over 20 years in the hospitality industry, including over seven years as Head of Guest Relations at Merivale, Cat provides a consulting service on behalf of the CEO office in VIP Guest Relations. Services include, but are not limited to:

Leveraging her emotional skill set and practical tool kit, she presents seminars and provides training, offered as a suite of health checks, workshops or full day team immersions. In taking a great experience to a luxury experience, Cat provides coaching on the fundamental requirements to managing high net worth individuals, corporates and persons of interest, and developing high performance teams to service them.

No price can be placed on Catalyst’s little black book, however it can be opened to the right opportunity or moment; in the interests of Cat’s valued clients.

This allows for an additional pair of eyes and ears in the absence of the CEO, managing esteemed guests and clientele on his / her behalf, and presenting a CEO presence to the guests to embed a sense of acknowledgment, value and a deeper connection of loyalty.

Available to consult and collaborate with the strategic team in project commencement stage, Catalyst can provide a creative and aligned response to a project brief requiring a business to attract the right type of clientele, and access to a network of key decision makers. The style of brief varies from company to company, however Catalyst will invariably be able to create a match for the need of a business with a mirrored need of her guests.
