Samsungimaging Shows off the latest Cameras at KES2011 by JonathanK

Hello everyone! Today I want to introduce Samsung cameras seen at the Korea Electronics Grand Fair 2011. It was held between October 12 (Wed) and October 15 (Sat) at KINTEX in Ilsan, Korea. Let me first explain what KES is for those who are not familiar with it. KES stands for Korea Electronics Show and it’s an annual show for the Korea Multimedia, ICT, Parts & Materials, Software, Mobile solution, IT Convergence, Semiconductor, and Display. The show has global partners such as IFA, JEITA, CCPIT, TEEMA, RATEK, JMA, CECC, CMAI and more. KES starts with an opening ceremony and provides a lot of international technology conferences and events. So, let’s now look over the Samsung cameras at KES 2011!

Since KES is one of the biggest electronics show in Korea, many small and medium-sized enterprises participated. Samsung’s area was remarkable for its size and new products.

There were three camera booths for the NX200, MV800 (Mirror Pop in Korea), and the W200. This image was the booth for the NX200. There were about six NX200 cameras with all different NX lenses to provide the visitors a chance to experience the systems.

As you can see in the image, this was the WB750 booth and on the other side was the W200 booth. The W200 is a compact, stylish, and multi-proof camcorder. Its anti-water

drop coating allows the LCD screen to stay free of condensation. Furthermore, it is dust and shock proof so the users can take it anywhere to capture brilliant videos in the toughest conditions (particularly underwater! Isn’t it nice? Also, the WB750 is the latest camera for its WB series and features a 24mm wide 18x Optical Zoom, 12.5MP BSI CMOS sensor, DUAL Capture, and so on. The camera offers full HD recording, which means you don’t need to carry your digital camera and camcorder at the same time. Pictures taken with this camera will be sure to match your memories!

Mirror Pop is the MV800 in Korea. It’s an innovative Samsung MultiView model with a 3.0” Wide Flip-out Display for the users to shoot, record, and view life from all angles. It was launched at IFA 2011 in Berlin, Germany in September. Samsung designed this camera to provide users maximum flexibility, enjoyment, and creativity with lots of unique functions such as Magic Frame, Picture in Picture, Funny Face, and more. I have some more images from KES 2011 for you!

So, we just looked over Samsung cameras and camcorder at KES 2011 in Korea. I hope you enjoyed reading it! Please leave a comment if you have any question about the products.

Thank you!
