Thank you. ST PATRICK’S BBQ The BBQ will take place on Sunday 13th July after 11.15 a.m. Mass at St Patrick's Church, East Ilsley. If you would like to come, please sign the list at the back of the church. 24 JUNE 7.30 p.m. MUSIC FOR MIDSUMMER A concert arranged by the Friends of Holy Trinity Monastery. Jubilate! of Oxford will sing a summery programme of American classical music, followed by wine and nibbles in the gardens of Hendred House. Tickets £20 each available from the monastery or John Clement or Edward Eyston. LYFORD GRANGE MASS The Knights of St Columba are again organising a Mass in honour of St. Edmund Campion at 4pmTODAY. We begin with Prayers at the Anglican Church at Lyford at 3.30pm then process through the village to the barn at Lyford Grange where St.Edmund was betrayed and arrested. The Abbot of Douae, Dom Geoffrey Scott OSB will be the Celebrant Once again I will be helping Mrs Dingwell with the Tea she gives us all afterwards and would be gratefull for offers of cakes! This collection is taken in every parish around the world to support the ministry of Pope Benedict and is usually taken on t the Feast of Ss Peter and Paul.

APF Annual Mission Mass THis will be celebrated on July 17th at Our Lady Queen of Peace Wokingham Rd Earley Reading at 7.30pm. Both the boys and girls kwik cricket teams are in the County final. The school came second in an area sports event and will now go forward to the county final. Sports day is on Friday 27th, always a fun day for the children. Parents are very welcome. On Wednesday Class 5 had their school trip to Chedworth Roman villa, with other class trips planned for the next few weeks. There has been lots of work for the schools summer fete (on Saturday) which is always a great event organised by the PTA. Date for your diary: Sports Day – Friday 27st June. PTA School BBQ – Friday 11th July St Amand’s is your local Catholic primary school, with a free school bus from Didcot, Wantage and Grove . You are welcome to visit at any time.
