Athree-day celebration is planned as part of the 2021 Fredericksburg Crawfish Festival, Friday through Sunday, May 28-30, on Marktplatz.

The three-day festival is a showcase of food, arts and crafts, live entertainment, inflatables, bungees, hamster balls, music and of course, crawfish.

The weekend’s live entertainment is still pending.

The Crawfish Festival is sponsored by the Fredericksburg Jaycees. HOURS Friday, May 28: 6 p.m.-midnight. Saturday, May 29: 11 a.m. to midnight. Sunday, May 30: Noon to 6 p.m.
