CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

RUGS:

Shake briskly to clean or spot clean ∙ Dry completely before use ∙ Due to the variations in hand-dyeing and the nature of the dyes used, colors may transfer ∙ Use of a rug pad is recommended to avoid transfer of color and prevent slipping ∙ Fails U.S. Dept. of Commerce Standard FF2-70. Should not be used near source of ignition.

CHINDI RUGS:

Due to the manufacturing process, each Chindi rug is unique with slight variations in color and size.

DOORMATS:

Shake briskly to clean ∙ Flammable - Should not be used near sources of ignition ∙ Fails US Dept of Commerce Standard FF 2-70 ∙ Due to the natural properties of this item, keep mat in covered area to avoid contact with direct weather or water. Staining may occur if placed on damp or wet surface.

SIZE:

Doormats may vary in size from 17 x 29” to 18 x 30”.

MINIMUM ORDER (PER LOCATION)

$300 minimum opening order for terms, credit approval needed, must submit credit application via email or fax. $300 opening for credit card orders $300 reorder All items are priced as eaches and sold in minimums. Please place order in multiples of the minimum size as listed. Otherwise, Welcome Home by DII will increase your order to the nearest minimum size. A completed signed Resale Certificate must be submitted prior to any shipment for Washington State customers to avoid sales tax being applied.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

CREDIT CARD:

1. Welcome Home by DII accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 2. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment for total of product, shipping & handling. 3. Welcome Home by DII reserves the right to process all charges and credits, for an order placed by bankcard, against the bankcard presented at time of ordering.

NET 30 TERMS:

1. To apply for NET 30 terms, a completed, signed, Welcome Home by DII credit application and 3 credit references must be provided. 2. Please allow 2 weeks for initial credit review & processing on new NET 30 accounts. 3. NET 30 terms are extended only upon approval of credit. 4. Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month (18% annually) on delinquent accounts. 5. A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.

METHOD OF SHIPMENT

All merchandise is shipped FOB Sumner, WA. Please allow two weeks for delivery. Shipments are routed via the carrier determined by Welcome Home by DII unless otherwise specified; usually FedEx or UPS Ground. Welcome Home by DII is not responsible and will not reimburse for carrier delays of any kind, shipping information errors, failed delivery attempts and lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS:

Please note for shipping to outside of USA, your packages will be subject to the customs fees, brokerage fees, and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Welcome Home is not responsible for any customs, brokerage or Ancillary Service Fees of any kind.

BACK ORDERS

All backorders will be canceled.

EXCLUSIVITY

Welcome Home does not offer territorial or product exclusivity.

RETURNS

Welcome Home by DII will authorize the return of miss sent or factory defective merchandise for full credit. A request for return authorization (RA) must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval please email customerservice@designimports.com to request return authorization approval. All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please review your order immediately upon receipt – no credits or claims will be accepted after 30 days.

ONLINE RETAILERS

Welcome Home by DII products can be sold via online retailers from retailers storefront only. It is prohibited for any online retailer or 3rd party reseller to represent themselves as Welcome Home by DII for online sales. Online retailers must obtain written approval to sell online and follow Welcome Home by DII Sales and Advertising Policy, as well as MAP pricing.
