EDUCATION
Architectural engineering 4th year student at Yarmouk University, Architecture was always what I wanted and 4 years in and I’m still in love with it, doing researches, learning about human psychology, how to design considering all aspects, finding solutions for better living, turning the vision into reality, all what architects are able to do and the miracles we can bring; either alone or in a team I believe I can do what an architect needs to do really good, and if not then I’m a perfect fast learner who would absouloutly be able to do anything to the fullest.

CIVIC BUILDING DESiGN DESCRiPTiON A civic building or centre is a group of spaces (could be separated, or within one building) that provides essential services and activities to the city. A civic centre can include different kind of major function, or functional theme that are accessed by different categories of the public community of the city. The design of civic centre is usually influenced by the urgent needs of the surrounding community, reflecting their culture and city identity. It is important within the design of civic centre to experience, get familiar with the need of the surrounding community, their behaviours in the related spaces of the city.
PROJECT GOALS A place for all people of different ages to come together for different reasons. Develops A sense of self-reliance, social responsibility and cohesion within the community. Support for community projects Provides a unique and much needed facilities

PRODUCTiON COMPLEX (NEON CiTY) DESiGN DESCRiPTiON A production complex is comprised of an area planned and designed for the purpose of single unit manufacturing, producing, and distributing. the selected unit of production should be of a more ‘lightweight’ version of industry, rather than heavy industry. Light weight industry is manufactured and produced for end users (to be directly used by the end users) not as intermediates products to be manufactured again.
CHOSEN iNDUSTRY :
CONSUMER ELECTRONiCS A.K.A The smart industry The project will specialize with the two highest consumed segments in the market, which are “telephony” and “computing” ; yearly studies show that the telephony segment was consumed up to 48% in 2019, and the computing segment was consumed up to 27% ; which leaves 25% for the other three segments, therefor we’re going with the first two. Applies to both conditions : Eco-friendly lightweight industry
Sizes of the column describes which segment was consumed most
11
WHY THiS iNDUSTRY ? other reasons than shown in the graphic below : SMART iNDUSTRY FUTURE ASPECTS (ECONOMiCALLY, LOCALLY, .. ETC) ACCOMPLiSHiNG OUR GOALS
iNiTiAL DEFiNiTiON TO THE PROJECT
(an initial definition contains the perspective of the project and the goals before researching and gathering information to show the development throughout the process)
I saw the project as an opportunity to enhance Jordan locally and internationally, How come? We saw it as a profitable source for Jordan, instead of supplying the electronics from the outside, since it’s more expensive than it’s original price, we can produce the electronics from the inside and start exporting it and gain profit; This project will also be a great chance for the people to learn more about technology and it’s production. That way we’ll enhance Jordan educationally and economically.
12
CONCEPT
CONCEPTUALLY
A Device’s main element is the motherboard then comes the other elements that’s connected to that motherboard, one element without the other can’t work, all pieces come together to create one functional device that works perfectly. That very idea is what the project will be built on, connections. Both physically and conceptully the project will be connected through every step, connections create unity and unity creates a one beautiful “product” .

The site is at a lower level than it’s surroundings so the site might collect water in hard rainy days.
30 MINUTES
There isn’t any “Formal” parkings around the site (in mezo scale), there’s only two parkings in the two universities that surround the site, meaning we should build a parking that would fit the people of the project.
SiTE Distance travel times between the transportation from the middle of irbid city to the current location is more than 30 minutes (in a local bus) and as for the trafficways, it has great movement meaning the site will be visible to more people and be more approachable.

15
HOW THE SiTE WAS USED Since I decided to use an almost isolated site for the project there was a need to create a space that people would find anything they need if it’s in the bildings or in the landscape design, so the idea came to create the site as a micro scale smart city design, following the name “smart industry” that will go well with the purpose of the project.

MATERiALS USED After research about different types of electronics marketing theories I found out that Apple.inc had an interesting theory, the famous Apple had used the minimalist style throug out their different stores, including interior and exterior design for the purpose of helping people throug out their shopping journey, Apple knows that buying electronics can be confusing and frustrating sometimes, therefor the minimalist design might help people calm down while shopping through the store, and make it easier for them to pick and enjoy their time, Apple wanted the people to learn more about the technology that they created whilst shopping for what they needed, they also created some buildings with the same design taste to create lectures and exhibitions for people to attend.

AXiALLY LOADED COLUMN
If vertical axial loads act on the center of gravity of the cross-section of the column, then it is termed as axially loaded column. Axially loaded column is rare in construction since coinciding vertical loads on the center of gravity of column cross section is not practical. Interior column of multi-storey buildings with symmetrical loads from floor slabs from all sides is an example of this type of column.

URBAN DESiGN ( MADABA ) DESiGN DESCRiPTiON Group Work Designing the city of Madaba is a bit of a challenge considering the touristic side of the city and the changes that it might apply to the city each year, the city is filled with people from different cultures and ages so it’s a really interesting challenge. The urban design will take place in the middle of the city including the touristic street that’s filled with different stores with a bit of a crowded circulation that affects the lives of it’s citizens, not to mention the uneven division between the services through the areas in the city which also made it difficult for the people of madaba. In this project we will try to find a solution to make the city of madaba better for it’s citizens.
MADABA CiTY Madaba, city of tourism. The city of tourism is rich in heritage and religious places, which hold the city's worth.Madaba is known worldwide as the mosaic city. The capital of Arab tourism for 2022 The number of visitors to Madaba from tourists for the year 2021 is twenty-two thousand tourists. The presence of these tourist attractions in the city had an impact on the neutral population in terms of trade and the prevailing craft, and also affected the religious fabric of the city.

SOCiAL BEHAViOR When we visited the site we came across cartain social behaviors that we divided into 3 categories to make it easier when analysing them and their causes :
1. Behaviors out of NEED which included the behaviors that came out of people because of their needs for it, like needing a space to park because there wasn’t any which caused them to park in a the wrong way, another example is using the areas between buildings to reach their distination because the main roads were too crowded to use.
2. Behaviors out of WANTS
MiCRO
Which included the behaviors that came out of people because they simply wanted to, like kids not using their school ground to play and rather use the unsafe area near a street like what we observed during the site visit.
3. Behaviors out of INSTINCT which includes the behaviors that came out because of people’s nature and traditions and how the culture evovled throug the years, like how people in the city were so focused on keeping everything clean and not letting anything ruin the area or space they were using.

High density near an important street that collects multiple places means we can use it to spread the high density from this point to other points that needs higher density.
1. Good view 2. topography allows to create a four levels site and could reduce the cost for providing structure.
A good area with good form but it’s hidden, therefor it can be a great spot to point attention so we can spread people to the north zone.
1. Steep downward, a slope from north to south. 2. the slopes in the north collect rainwater which causes floods.
This street is 80% of the time for people which has higher density than the rest of the city which affects the circulation in the city.
Total growth was slow and rigid High density is hard to control especially in the archeological in this area. park because it was seperated from the other zones and grew randomly
High density in the far south and low a flat land to expand the lands
O

According to our vision we can density in the far north gives the use the archeological zone oportunity to connect the city’s to connect it with other zones density in a more direct and clear

way.
Isolating archeological park from other by miss-connection between other zones and limit tourist only in it.
Having high density near an institutional area for yound people is a big threat for their safety (higher density = higher human activity like cars )
SWOT
the levels difference affects the construction and increses it’s cost.
An important point for taxi or bus drivers that gives as an opportunity to create continuity more easily. The area is known to be a small transportation station that affects the streets circulation and creates traffic that can be fixed.

PROPOSED LANDUSE
As observed and anlyzed the old landuse had some flaws and was mis-used by people.
We tried as much as possible through the concept and strategies to turn some areas better through new landuse and new meaning to some lands, like adding the agriculture lands.

One of our main strategies was studying the right circulation and adding it to the analysis of madaba city to design a better way of movement through the city by adding new allies between buildings and correcting the streets circulation and traffic.

LANDSCAPE DESiGN DESiGN DESCRiPTiON Group Work Learning to design and adjust the landscape of campus, by learning how to please the students and local people together. Yarmouk’s campus is not large nor small, but it needs a new landscape for the students because it doesn’t have a proper one for them, and they end up going outside of campus to spend their time and money whilst having a good scale empty site inside their university’s campus. Learning how to choose the proper plants, trees, landscape functions that will help them both enjoy and learn, and spend their time more inside the campus.
PROJECT GOALS Design a place for students and local people to enjoy their time, in a healthy educational way. Learning how can plants affect the human mood and health. Creating a new landmark in Irbid. Bringing people together through landscape design.

The site has different levels from it’s east to west, these levels can be used to create different levels of functions with different circulation experience, therefor using that small difference in levels can be useful instead of turning the site into a flat surface.

CONCEPT

SiTE PLANNiNG
cause of diversity
THE CONCEPT CAME FROM A SOLUTION WE HAD FOR ONE OF THE SITE’S NEGATIVITIES, THE DROUGHT; HAVING A 29,000 MS THAT NEEDED TO BE DESIGNED TO A USEFUL LANDSCAPE MEANS NEEDING A LOT OF PLANTS, TREES AND GREEN ELEMNTS IN GENERAL, UNFORTUNATLY JORDAN LACKS WATER SOURCES, AND THEN THE CONCEPT WAS CREATED …
Planning the site was inspired by the surrounding students way of working, the media students particularly, why ? The media students are in most need for an outside space for practical work (which is 60% of their courses) based on information we collected from students. We adopted their principles and project’s process to design the land, which summarized are the following :
1. INTRODUCTiON
when one enters the site it’s better to make the excited about the experience they’re going to have, with specific charactarestics.
2. MAiN CONTENT
Includes the main functions, main activities, what people in general visit the site for and is the reason people will use the site for whatever activity they want.
3. FiNALE
The exits and people’s way out of the site, that can also be the entrances and it can be seperated, these exits has to give the people the feeling of wanting to visit the site again.

PLANTS ANALYSiS plants chosen based on their purpose:
1. PLANTS FOR ATTRACTiON
2. COMPLEMENTARY PLANTS
In the main area, we will use ornamental plants as a point of attraction for the garden, through the colors of the trees and their distinctive landscapes such as jacaranda, cypress and scarlet Cordia.
JACARANDA
In the windy area, we will plant cacti because it helps to purify the air and get rid of toxic chemicals, as well as chrysanthemums from flowers that have beautiful colors and a fragrant smell and help in purifying the air and hemlock trees are also planted in groups to act as windbreaks.
Using watery flowers at the seas and ponds so that aquatic plants complement a landscape or water feature and beautiful aromatic scents such as water lily and lotus.

In the place that is exposed to the sun, we will use trees that act as shades to protect from the sun, such as palms, linden, willow, and raspberries.
In the windy area, there is a smell area, in order to work on emitting aromatic flower scents inside the site

I created my first business in septmber 2021 with the thought of helping people create good memories for their special events, so I increased my graphic design skills to design different types of cards and printed them out and then created my online pages and launched in september 2021, personally designed, managed and photographed.
