ARTISTS IN RESIDANCE Project Brief : The required was to design a place for artist to show thier work as well as live in it, the only option here was to design an artist in residance Gallery. This is a place where artists can live, work, display thier work. and maybe if you were lucky enough, you might catch one in the process of working inside one of the private soundproof glazed workshops. OFFICE BUILDING Project Brief : Designing a 5 story office building in sharjah between two already existing building can be a little tricky at the beggening, but once you “good nieghbour” rules it isnt that hard anymore. a parking building underneath is also provided along with this project. the mass you see on the top is simply the core elevated a little bit to provide ventelation “ Cross ” to the rest of the building rooms, since its located almost in the middle and since its an office building were good working environment should be maintaned to increase individual productivity.

MULTI-FUNCTION TOWER Project Brief : This Multi-use or multi-function building is presented with a taste of modernism, where the random distrubution of glass panels form it’s identity imitatting the building next to it - Rollex tower. This was designed with much love and care as the design level has advanced to contain much more detailing. Parking building is located behind the tower. Site Location : UAE, Dubai, shiekh Zayed Road - Next to Rollex Tower Approx. Hight : 260 meters approximately 52 floors between uses Mixed use : - Residential - offices - Gym and Spa - mechanical floor

Project Brief : This project aims to renew the shopping mall canter located near university city ( MATEJER ). various studies was carried on on Matajer in order to understand the nature of whats required, analysis of site to allow for maximum lighting. our Project was special because of its sustainable dimensions accourding to international LEED standards and also new innovated Green Building Techniques.
