The building’s blocks are established into two plots which are separated by a low traffic road. The one constitutes the I NSTITUTE OF T ECHNICAL E DUCATION and the other one the R ESIDENCES for the student’s accomodation. They plots are connected with a bridge.

Into the building we could detect 3 SPECIAL UNITS for each one of the three different education fields. The rest of the building consists of CO- WORKING SPACES and all the necessities to serve the needs of the users.

Feature spot of these project seems to be the SLOPPING SQUARE. An 150 seats theatre as well as a semi-outdoor exhibition exist under this remarkable square.

Subject of this course is the restoration, redesign and revival of a building which is located in the warehouse area of the port of Alexandroupoli. It is a two storey building with loft, which is now abandoned.

C ONCEPT

The choice of use was made to promote it as an INTERACTIVE A UDIOV ISUAL C LUB that will bring together both YOUTHFUL and general CULTURAL ACTIVITIES BASED ON THE COMMUNITY . Basic synthesis idea was the integration of a NEW VOLUME into the already existing shell. The envelope of this volume consists of steel panels so that the difference between the pre-existing and the new one seems quite obvious.

Its about the formulation of an urban regeneration program. Field reference is an area in the city of Xanthi. The purpose of the exercise is the realistic simulation of a typical urban study and the inclusion in the reflection of the characteristics of the contemporary issues of the city as well as the theoretical as well as the practical and institutional tools for dealing with them as they exist in the modern Greek urban planning practice.
