SEYCHELLES WELCOMES ITS NEW RESIDENTS

he luxurious Seychelles Apartments situated at 102 Pacific Parade Bilinga, has just welcomed its first of 9 residents who were fortunate to purchase ‘off plan’ some 18 months ago.
Project Marketing Agents David Stringer & Leisa Thorley from DJ Stringer who handled the $17m of apartment sales & general project management, advised that ‘demand was overwhelming when the project was released and all apartments were virtually sold out prior to construction. This was largely due to its wonderful beach front location and sizable floor plans ranging from 160m2 to over 300m2 for a full floor. Prices were very competitive starting from $1.250M to just over $2.5M and buyers were also given some scope for variations which gave them a sense of ownership from day one’.
