Training course « Inclusive growth and employability of young people with fewer opportunities » 1-11 October 2014, Strasbourg France Project topic: Employability of young people to promote growth more inclusive by exchanging good practices on employability from participant countries; by acquiring new aptitudes, attitudes and knowledge to help youth workers on creation and organization of new youth projects. Youth workers will learn more about tools and certificates for recognition of their lifelong learning outcomes through non-formal education methods which will also enable them to highlight the added value in terms of acquired skills. General objective of the project: To strengthen the capacity of NGO leaders and youth workers with fewer opportunities in the conduct of European projects related to the theme of employability of disadvantaged young people and inclusive growth by approaching them to the labor market. Specific objectives:      

To improve the skills of young people with fewer opportunities and 12 youth associations working in conjunction with the European Mobility and Employment (Strengthening the attitudes, aptitudes and knowledge of participants) To exchange and share experiences on social and professional inclusion of the participants from their local realities linked to the inclusion and employability To identify, analyze and explore different concepts related to the topic as "employability", "inclusive growth", "young people with fewer opportunities" To establish a sustainable basis for future cooperation between youth workers by developing new youth projects in the framework of the Erasmus + Program To increase the impact and exploitation of project results from local to European level To get familiar with the Erasmus+ Program regarding its objectives and priorities in the development of projects in a European dimension

Participant countries: France, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Estonia, Italy, Croatia, Portugal, Bulgaria, Norway, Greece, United Kingdom Participation criteria:  Being interested in the topic of the project and willing to develop new intercultural projects  Being minimum 18 years-old, youth worker with fewer opportunities or working with this target group  Being motivated to share the project results in his/her local context  Being able to take decisions on behalf of his/her structure  Respecting program schedule and activities, participating in the entire project  70% of the travel cost (35% at arrival and 35% after receiving the 2nd payment from French National Agency) and 100% of the cost of accommodation and visa will be covered, according to the regulation of the Erasmus+ Program  Paying 50€ of participation fee For further information, don’t hesitate to get in contact with: Djilali Kabeche contact@amsed.fr Mobile : +33 (0) 6 61 34 26 03 Saide Atmani network.amsed@gmail.com Tel/Fax : +33 (0) 3 88 61 71 67
